Every Friday night during school term over 130 high school aged young people from the local community converge on the Life Centre from 7pm to 9.30pm for an energy packed night of inspirational worship, crazy games, and practical teaching from the Bible. Oh…. and of course a tasty supper!!!!
Sold Out Youth is coordinated by a team of 25 adult leaders who are great at engaging with young people and are a positive influence. All leaders have been properly authorised and have completed the necessary Working With Children Checkrequirements. The Sold Out program alternates each week between
- Impact Nights, which include inspirational worship lead by our very own youth band (Curious George) and relevant, creative teaching from the Bible. Junior High (Years 7-9) and Senior High (Years 10-12) split into separate groups for the teaching part.
- POD nights, where part of the night will focus more on age based small groups, each group being led by two of our adult leaders.
